The book glosses over how warming up and stretching will increase your mobility. This book felt like a long internet article with specific stretches and poses. This book would benefit from pictures or illustrations for the stretch descriptions and some attention to mobilizing the lower body.

Completely valid and scientific although this book does not include that, nor cares about it. Brock Riley is all about the effectiveness. Who cares if it is proven as long as it works. And it does. It completely changed the way I train. Highly recommended.
